It was always the last thirty minutes that were the most grueling at the restaurant. All of her other siblings had gone to their respective homes to rest, and Yao would usually linger in the back, cleaning up the entire kitchen and refusing to put away any of the ingredients. After all, thirty minutes was just enough time for someone to come in, order something, and finish a meal.
